1) Overview. DIKPIK Bazaar (“Bazaarâ€) enables users to discover, list, bid on, and purchase NFTs via a relay and escrow workflow. Bazaar is not a broker, financial institution, or exchange; it provides software and facilitation only.
2) Eligibility. You must be of legal age and authority to enter binding agreements. By using Bazaar you represent that you are not prohibited by applicable sanctions or laws.
3) Accounts & Login. You may access posting features via (a) email-based login or (b) wallet-based login. Auctions and escrow actions require wallet login and on-chain authorization.
4) Listings & Content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, metadata, prices, and communications. Do not post infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content.
5) Ownership & Authenticity. You warrant that you have the right to list and transfer any NFT you place into escrow. We may request evidence of ownership and may suspend or remove listings that appear non-compliant.
6) Escrow & Settlement. When enabled, escrow holds the NFT until settlement, at which point the NFT is transferred to the winning bidder and the seller is paid net proceeds.
7) Fees. “DIKPIK auction fees (7%)†are deducted at settlement from the gross sale amount, in addition to any network fees. You authorize deduction of these fees.
8) Bids & Deposits. Bids may require a refundable deposit. Deposits are verified by transaction hash; failed verification may void the bid. Losing bidders may withdraw deposits subject to network fees.
9) Cancellations. There is no seller cancellation after a verified bid unless the Auction Policy’s penalty path applies. We may cancel or pause listings to protect users or comply with law.
10) Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes arising from use of Bazaar.
11) Prohibited Conduct. No wash trading, market manipulation, spam, scams, malware, or attempts to circumvent escrow, fees, or platform safeguards.
12) Disclaimers. Bazaar is provided “as is†without warranties. Digital assets are volatile and risky; you assume all risk.
13) Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIKPIK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for amounts exceeding fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
14) Indemnity. You will defend and hold DIKPIK harmless from claims arising from your listings, bids, misuse, or law violations.
15) Disputes. Good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, binding arbitration where permitted. Nothing limits either party’s ability to seek injunctive relief.
16) Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after notice indicates acceptance.
